NowPos, a company based in Hyderabad, India has come up with the idea of sending voice e-mails. They are going to launch this product in the market in 3 weeks.
Using voice e-mail, people can record the message and send it to others along with textual messages. Only the sender will need to register with NowPos and not the recipient.
Voice messages up to 3 minutes can be recorded and sent. They are using AJAX technology so that users can customize their pages and inbox.
India is definetly keeping pace with the growing competition in the field of Information Technology!!

Voice emails..was'nt it there years back? I'm pretty sure some major email provider had it for a short time during the last 3-4 years. Check the comments section of this article :))
